Chicken Tortilla Soup

1 1/2 pounds Chicken, cooked and shredded
1 can (14oz) stewed Tomatoes
1 can (14oz) Green Enchilada Sauce
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 pkg frozen Corn (10oz bag)
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 can (14oz) diced green chilies
1 can (14.5) Chicken Broth
2 cups water
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf

Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Top with Tortilla chips, Cheese, Avocado and Sour Cream.

Enjoy!
