Caramel Sauce

1 cube Butter
2 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Melt butter, add brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to boil for 2 minutes.  Add condensed milk.  Boil for 1 minute.  Remove from heat and add vanilla and stir.

Yummy on apples and popcorn.
